For the development of our sales in Israel we are looking for an Area Sales Manager.

Your tasks

  • Establishment and development of the Israeli sales territory
  • Acquisition of new customers
  • Provide support for existing customers in the regions (handover from HQ)
  • Recruitment of customer service staff in cooperation with HR team from HQ
  • Regular customer visits within Israel
  • Implementation and supervision of logistics processes (imports, customs clearance, shipping to customers)
  • Generation of profit in the region
  • Close cooperation with HQ staff (dedicated contact persons in Customer Service, Marketing, Logistics, HR, and Applications Engineering departments)
  • Warehouse management
  • Research of Israeli market – identify potential customers
  • Preparation of an annual business plan, including 5-year forecast
  • Technical and commercial consulting for customers in France

Your Skills

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering or comparable training
  • 5 -10 years of professional experience in field sales, preferably in the field of test equipment and the electronics industry
  • Several years of experience in a technical environment (preferably familiar with automated test equipment, ICT/FCT, PCB testing, semi-conductor methods and products)
  • Ability to network within the electronics industry in Israel
  • Experience of implementing and executing strategies and business plans sustainably
  • Strategic thinking, conceptual skills
  • Confident manner, strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Goal-orientated mindset, motivated by performance
  • Willingness to travel (mainly domestically)
  • Very good command of written and spoken business English
