For the development of our sales in Türkiye we are looking for an Area Sales Manager Turkey, based in Istanbul. The successful candidate would primarily work from our office in Istanbul.

For the development of our sales in Türkiye we are looking for an Area Sales Manager Turkey, based in Istanbul. The successful candidate would primarily work from our office in Istanbul.
Your tasks
- Development of the sales territory in Türkiye
- Acquisition of new customers
- Provide support for existing customers in the region
- Regular customer visits within Türkiye
- Close cooperation with HQ staff (particularly Customer Service, Application Engineering, Logistics, and Marketing)
- Research of Turkish market – identify potential customers
- Technical and commercial consulting for the customers in Türkiye
Your skills
- Successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering or comparable training
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in field sales, preferably in the field of test equipment and the electronics industry
- Experience in a technical environment (preferably familiar with automated test equipment, ICT/FCT, PCB testing, semi-conductor methods and products)
- Experience in the wire harness test industry is a strong plus
- Ability to network within the electronics industry in Turkish
- Experience of implementing and executing strategies and business plans sustainably
- Strategic thinking, conceptual skills
- Confident manner, strong communication and negotiation skills
- Goal-orientated mindset, motivated by performance
- Willingness to travel (mainly domestically)
- Very good command of written and spoken business English
- Competent user of SAP (ERP Systems), Salesforce, Office 365
