We are looking for a capable and motivated team player to fill the role of the Customer Service Representative located in Lake Wylie, USA.

Your tasks

Data processing: customer information, vendor setup questionnaires from customers, create and maintain BP master data (SAP)
Sales process: quotations, sales orders, invoice, CC payments
Purchasing process: create purchase orders to fullfil customers POs, track order confirmations and delivery dates
Customer relations: answering phone calls, resolve customer requests & complaints
Sample & demo management: managing sample requests, purchasing of samples

Documentation skills, phone skills
Experienced with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), general computer-skills
Fluent speaking and writing in English.
Spanish and/or German is beneficial but not a must
Experience in customer service is beneficial.
Experience in SAP B1 and Sales Force is beneficial but not a must
Experience in the electronic industry and the ATE sector is beneficial but not a must
