Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d)

As we continue to expand our production operations at our factory we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d) to ensure efficient quotation and order processing. As a key link between customers and the company, this role works closely with sales teams and international partners to deliver excellent service and build lasting customer relationships.
Your tasks:
- written and verbal communication with national, international and intercompany customers
- providing end-to-end customer support, including responding to customer inquiries, offering solutions, advising customers, preparing quotations, processing orders, and handling complaints
- close collaboration with Sales, Planning and Logistics, Finance to determine conditions and lead times
- Account creation and data maintenance in the relevant CRM and ERP systems
- Follow-up and tracking of quotations
- Coordination of expedited and special deliveries according to customer requirements
- Execution of the invoicing process
Your skills:
- previous experience in customer service and customer support, both by phone and in writing, preferably in an industrial and international environment
- technical aptitude or a willingness to learn technical products and processes
- fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage
- Proficient in using ERP systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
- strong customer focus with a service-oriented mindset.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - Independent, structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team-player attitude
- Commercial vocational qualification or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field
